Position Requirements/Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Prior carpet/floor cleaning experience is a plus</li><li>Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies</li><li>Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects</li><li>Work with/around cleaning agents</li><li>Lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance</li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights</li><li>Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law</li><li>Work alone or with others in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-motivated and trainable</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean exterior and interior structure of a home, business, or other facility</li><li>Prepare rooms/areas for work activities</li><li>Set up staging area and equipment for each project</li><li>Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes</li><li>Perform production processes and other duties as directed</li><li>Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown</li><li>Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance</li><li>Maintain a neat and orderly professional appearance</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and results</li><li>Inventory, restocking, &amp; equipment maintenance</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment</li><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance</li><li>Track all equipment and supplies</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Ability to earn tips and bonuses</li><li>Career progression</li><li>Professional development</li><li>Full-time employment</li></ul>In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day.
