Mechanic (Barge)

Key Responsibilities:1. Project CoordinationAssist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring pipeline project activities.Coordinate between design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and drawings.Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.2. Documentation &amp; ReportingMaintain project documentation including drawings, technical submittals, work permits, and correspondence.Prepare and update project tracking sheets, minutes of meetings (MOM), DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), DLRs, and MIS updates.3. Site CoordinationFollow up with site teams for work progress, manpower deployment, and resource availability.Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and construction teams for inspection and clearance activities.Support resolution of site issues and interface with client and subcontractors.4. Procurement &amp; Material ManagementAssist in material requirement planning and follow-up with procurement for timely delivery.Monitor inventory, material inward/outward records, and vendor coordination.Review Material Requisitions (MRs) and assist in logistics coordination for site requirements.5.
