Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Crew Leader, Landscaper and take charge of transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, beautiful environments! In this energetic role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers, oversee daily maintenance and landscaping projects, and ensure high-quality results. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety, and deliver exceptional outdoor solutions that delight clients and elevate communities. This is a paid position committed to fostering growth, skill development, and a passion for horticulture.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in executing landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation installation, and construction projects.</li><li>Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a safe working environment.</li><li>Perform quality control inspections on completed projects to guarantee aesthetic appeal and durability.</li><li>Assist with hands-on landscaping tasks such as gardening, tree care, horticulture practices, and general maintenance activities.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscape needs and provide professional recommendations.</li><li>Oversee the proper use of tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and construction machinery.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related fields.</li><li>Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction.</li><li>Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred; relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus.
