As our <b>Weekend Field Operations Coordinator</b>, you&rsquo;ll be the point person in the field, making sure our security teams run smoothly when it matters most. You&rsquo;ll have the authority to make operational decisions, lead a team of professionals that are in a variety of different locations, and directly impact safety and service for our clients &mdash; all while enjoying a schedule that keeps your weekdays open.</p>
<p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
<p>Lead and support security officers during weekend shifts.</p></li><br>
<li>
<div>Step in as the decision-maker when management is off-site.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Make sure posts are covered and teams are performing at their best.</div></li><li><div><br>
</div></li><li><div>Respond quickly to incidents or emergencies with professionalism and confidence.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Keep communication clear with clients, officers, and the management team.</div></li><br>
<li>
<p>Document shift activities, incidents, and any operational updates.</p></li><br>
</ul>
<p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p><br>

<p>Leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role.</p></li><br>
<li>
<div>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.</div></li><br>

<div>Clear, confident communication skills.</div></li><br>

<div>Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional weekdays as needed.</div></li><br>
<li>
<p>Required security licenses/certifications per state regulations.</p></li><br>
