If you are looking for a stable, long-term home where your contributions are noticed and rewarded, this is the right place.ABOUT THE ROLEThis position sits at the center of CTL's field-to-billing workflow. You will be responsible for receiving field tickets from our technicians and engineers, processing them accurately into our project management and ERP system, and seeing the workflow through from receipt to client billing. You will learn how our field work is scoped and quantified and you will play a direct role in ensuring our clients are billed correctly and on time.You will also serve as a point of contact with external clients to resolve purchase order gaps and related items within client supply chain portals a key part of keeping our billing and payment cycles moving.For the right candidate, there is potential for expanded responsibilities in accounting and operations over time.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Receive, review, and process field tickets into CTL's ERP and project management system - Track and follow ticket workflow from field submission through billing completion - Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to resolve discrepancies or missing information - Communicate with external clients to resolve purchase order gaps and related items through client supply chain portals - Support invoice preparation and billing accuracy - Maintain organized records and support general administrative operations - Learn CTL's service lines and field operations to develop a working understanding of how our work is scoped and quantifiedWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- 2&ndash;5 years of administrative, operations, or data entry experience in any industry - Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and structured data - Clear, professional communicator who works well in a team-oriented environment - Comfortable corresponding with external clients and navigating vendor or supplier portals - Organized, reliable, and eager to learn new systems and processes - Experience with ERP, project management, or billing software is a plus &mdash; but not required; we will train the right personHOW TO APPLYApply through Indeed or send your resume directly to careers@coastaltestinglabs.com.
