Our brand is built on precision, artistry, and trust&mdash;values we carry through every patient interaction and every piece of content we create.We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Marketing &amp; Social Media professional to take ownership of our content, grow our digital presence, and help communicate our aesthetic vision across all platforms.⸻Position Overview:This role is responsible for content creation, social media management, and marketing coordination to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and high-quality consultations.⸻Key Responsibilities:Content Creation &amp; Production<ul><li>Capture and produce high-quality, on-brand photo and video content (short-form &amp; long-form)</li><li>Film in-office content including procedures, patient journeys, education, and behind-the-scenes</li><li>Edit content with a clean, polished, and elevated aesthetic</li><li>Maintain a consistent and strategic posting cadence</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts</li><li>Schedule, post, and optimize content for performance and reach</li><li>Engage thoughtfully with comments, DMs, and audience interactions</li><li>Assist with live content (IG Live, TikTok Live)</li></ul>Content Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with practice goals</li><li>Identify trends and adapt them to fit a high-end, medical aesthetic brand</li><li>Collaborate closely with the surgeon on educational and authority-building content</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, compliance, and conversion goals</li></ul>Marketing Coordination<ul><li>Work alongside external marketing and advertising partners</li><li>Monitor performance of Google and Meta ad campaigns</li><li>Provide creative direction based on performance insights</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve website experience and patient conversion funnels</li></ul>YouTube &amp; Long-Form Content<ul><li>Coordinate filming and publishing of YouTube content</li><li>Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for growth</li><li>Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips</li></ul>Email Marketing<ul><li>Assist with newsletters, campaigns, and patient communications</li><li>Support promotions, announcements, and educational outreach</li><li>Help improve engagement and retention strategies</li></ul>PR, Partnerships &amp; Events<ul><li>Identify influencer and brand collaboration opportunities aligned with a luxury aesthetic</li><li>Assist with local partnerships and brand visibility</li><li>Support in-office events and patient experiences</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track engagement, growth, and lead generation metrics</li><li>Report on content and campaign performance</li><li>Identify opportunities to refine strategy and improve results</li></ul>⸻Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (aesthetic/medical preferred)</li><li>Strong photo/video editing skills (iPhone + editing apps or Adobe/CapCut)</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable filming in a clinical environment</li><li>Strong visual eye for clean, natural, and elevated aesthetics</li><li>Experience with paid ads, analytics, or performance tracking is a plus</li><li>Experience in influencer marketing or PR is a plus</li></ul>⸻Pay:$25-$35/hour⸻Schedule:Full-timeMust be available in-office for content creation⸻How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a portfolio or examples of your work (social media accounts, before &amp; after content, campaigns, or relevant projects).
