Execute inbound and outbound tasks: receiving, storing, staging, and shipping goods.</li><li>
Run warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks).</li><li>
Keep inventory accurate with routine counts and clear documentation.</li><li>
Pick, pack, and label customer orders for timely fulfillment.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse that supports safe operations.</li><li>
Collaborate to meet production goals and daily deadlines.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety standards and site procedures.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you need to succeed</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Prior warehouse/production exposure is a plus.</li><li>
Strength and stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work.</li><li>
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.</li><li>
Effective communication and a team-first approach.</li><li>
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.</li></ul></div>

Distribution Center Production Technician

If you thrive on organizing details, solving problems fast, and making sure every invoice and load is spot-on, this role is for you. You&rsquo;ll blend customer support, dispatch touchpoints, and billing accuracy to keep operations humming.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you will handle</b></h3><ul><li>
Invoice integrity: verify each bill, maintain files for outstanding invoices, and build aging receivable reports.</li><li>
Cross-team processing: partner with warehouse clerical staff and corporate to process and collect client invoices.</li><li>
Production scheduling support: monitor inventory, track loads, and evaluate factors that could impact timelines.</li><li>
Daily data discipline: enter data promptly and produce time-sensitive reports.</li><li>
Driver coordination: check drivers in/out, print BOLs and outbound details, capture release numbers, destinations, and trailer numbers, and assign dock doors.</li><li>
Customer care: manage orders, inventory control coordination, and material handling requests while handling calls and correspondence.</li><li>
Issue resolution: tackle inquiries and close the loop on problems.</li><li>
Reporting for action: prepare customer delivery reports and communicate trends proactively.</li><li>
Supplier partnerships: identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Must-haves</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
2 years of customer service experience.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong overall computer skills; Office 365 and AS400 familiarity is a plus.</li><li>
High-speed, high-accuracy data entry.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
