The<b> Director, Product Marketing</b> will build and lead a scalable global Product Marketing and GTM function that defines product positioning, accelerates speed to market, and enables commercial success across Coates&rsquo; solution portfolio This individual will work closely with a wide range of senior leaders in the organization, collaborating across all areas of the business - product, tech, brand marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, deployment and support &ndash; to help efficiently and effectively launch innovative new solutions into the global marketplace and secure Coates&rsquo; position as a leader in the restaurant technology industry.</p>

Go-To-Market Execution</b></p>
<ul><li>Lead and develop the Global Product Marketing Function</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build and lead how we bring hardware, software and holistic solution-based products &amp; services to market</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create and drive adoption of enablement and GTM tools</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead a cross-functional group to define and execute the go-to-market plans across the company portfolio</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and releases in collaboration with Product and Sales.</li></ul>

Product Marketing Strategy &amp; Sales Enablement</b></p>
<ul><li>Own product naming and positioning initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop reusable messaging frameworks, launch playbooks, and enablement assets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop differentiated messaging versus the both direct and indirect competitors</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build B2B enablement materials that support high-value, complex customer partnerships</li></ul>
<ul><li>Translate technical capabilities into business value</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help translate customer and marketing needs into clear business outcomes and act as the connective tissue between Product, Tech, Sales, Account and functional teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with product and account management to ensure timely enablement around product launches, market shifts, and GTM priorities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Define and evolve product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Coates Products &amp; Services</li></ul>

</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>8-10+ years experience in Product Marketing, Product, GTM strategy/management or a related function, preferably with strong B2B experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience launching &amp; growing global software &amp; hardware products</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers, engineers, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understanding of or experience in QSR or restaurant industry a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience launching/marketing SaaS products and CMS solutions a plus</li></ul>

<p>Full Salary Range: $145,200/year (minimum), $155,100/year (midpoint), $165,000/ (maximum).</p>
<p>
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.</p>
