<li><b>Rebate Schemes Management:</b> Design, monitor, and validate rebate structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.</li>
<li><b>Pricing Analysis &amp; Commercial Discussions:</b> Conduct detailed pricing analysis and collaborate with commercial teams to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions.</li>
<li><b>Cost Ownership of Selling and Distribution expenses: </b>Own the budget and actual spend for all Selling and Distribution costs, including freight, logistics, warehousing, and promotional distribution. Monitor and analyse variances to ensure cost efficiency, implement control measures, and collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to optimise spending without impacting service levels. Provide regular reports and actionable insights on S&amp;D expense trends to support informed decision-making</li>
<li><b>Projected Overdue &amp; Follow-Up:</b> Track and report projected overdue receivables; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collections.</li>
<li><b>Internal Controls:</b> Implement and maintain strong internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.</li>
<li><b>Customer Compliance:</b> Ensure adherence to customer-specific compliance requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.</li>
<li><b>GST Compliance:</b> Oversee GST-related processes, filings, and reconciliations to ensure full statutory compliance including tax planning of cash for GST.</li>

<div><b>Education, Qualifications and Experience</b></div>
<div><b>
Essential:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing organizations.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in business finance, controllership, or related roles.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of GST and statutory compliance.</li>
<li>Expertise in pricing strategies, rebate management, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; exposure to automation tools and data analytics preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive outcomes with accountability.</li>
<li>Prior experience in leading and developing finance teams.</li>
<li>Led projects on automation.</li>

Role Purpose</b></div>

The Senior HRIS Officer is responsible for activities in support of the HRIS SAP Success Factors systems. This includes system support, problem resolution and new system or functionality implementation. This position works with the HR Country Key Users on configuration of security roles, workflow and business rules, ensuring data integrity, usefulness of critical people data, and creation of standard work, policies and procedures around HRIS maintenance and application.</div><br>

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
</b></div><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day operations, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS Success Factors System modules including Employee central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession and Recruiting</li>
<li>Support with SAP release upgrades</li>
<li>Support with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations &amp; enhancements</li>
<li>Provide regional end user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, troubleshooting and reporting</li>
<li>Support with training of new users, managers and HR leaders globally</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and data integrity of HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits</li>
<li>Support with Integrations with both HR and D&amp;T systems</li>

Education, Qualifications and Experience</b></div>

<li>Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting and advanced formula writing</li>

<li>Familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures including Benefits, Payroll, Employee central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession and Recruiting</li>

To ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the dyehouse during assigned shifts by leading people, coordinating processes, and controlling resources to deliver production targets, quality standards, and customer commitments in line with Coats policies and performance goals.</div><br>

Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Achieve and sustain a high level of safety awareness and compliance among all Dyehouse staff by constantly monitoring compliance with Health and Safety SOP and machinery operation SOPs, and taking steps to eliminate all risk factors and potential hazards.</li>
<li>Responsible for the all factory administratively during the night shift since he responsible high management during night shifts.</li>
<li>To support bulk production through the effective management and coordination of all preparation processes, machine operations and all supporting processes (pre-screening, thread preparation, dye &amp; chemical preparation, machine operation such as dye and drying machinery).</li>
<li>To ensure that all areas are working to company efficiency targets and goals.</li>
<li>To ensure that all personnel work within company procedures and policies.</li>
<li>To take effective action where any relevant KPI&rsquo;s such as RFT, CQ, CPI, LpMpD and efficiency falls below target.</li>
<li>Reporting and following up with all external support teams (SAP, CS Team, Sedo tree point) in case if we have any problem with the system supporting the dyehouse workflow.</li>
<li>To ensure that all utilities such as air, water, boiler and electricity are operating within normal conditions.</li>
<li>Follow all directions of the Dye house Leaders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering machine repairs from Wrong First Time Management and Preventative Maintenance.</li>
<li>Work a reasonable amount of overtime as and when requested.</li>
<li>Manage and support the process flow of all activities through the dye house.</li>
<li>Controlling, scheduling resources &amp;staff follow up the implementation of all technical in the dye house.</li>
<li>Problem solving.</li>
<li>Follow up the urgent order to ensure that they will be delivered at commitments to customers.</li></ul><br>
