<li>Achieve and sustain a high level of safety awareness and compliance among all Dyehouse staff by constantly monitoring compliance with Health and Safety SOP and machinery operation SOPs, and taking steps to eliminate all risk factors and potential hazards.</li>
<li>Responsible for the all factory administratively during the night shift since he responsible high management during night shifts.</li>
<li>To support bulk production through the effective management and coordination of all preparation processes, machine operations and all supporting processes (pre-screening, thread preparation, dye &amp; chemical preparation, machine operation such as dye and drying machinery).</li>
<li>To ensure that all areas are working to company efficiency targets and goals.</li>
<li>To ensure that all personnel work within company procedures and policies.</li>
<li>To take effective action where any relevant KPI&rsquo;s such as RFT, CQ, CPI, LpMpD and efficiency falls below target.</li>
<li>Reporting and following up with all external support teams (SAP, CS Team, Sedo tree point) in case if we have any problem with the system supporting the dyehouse workflow.</li>
<li>To ensure that all utilities such as air, water, boiler and electricity are operating within normal conditions.</li>
<li>Follow all directions of the Dye house Leaders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering machine repairs from Wrong First Time Management and Preventative Maintenance.</li>
<li>Work a reasonable amount of overtime as and when requested.</li>
<li>Manage and support the process flow of all activities through the dye house.</li>
<li>Controlling, scheduling resources &amp;staff follow up the implementation of all technical in the dye house.</li>

<li>Follow up the urgent order to ensure that they will be delivered at commitments to customers.</li>
