 🎓 What You Bring
 
 
 Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum two years working experience in utility generation planning, financial forecasting, rates, production cost modeling, budgeting, planning and forecasting, data mining or equivalent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working experience with databases, database access, data interpretation, strategy development, process improvement and data presentation.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Preferred
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in the energy industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with electric rate design and strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Possesses a working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling.
