What will you do as a HR Business Partner?
As part of the Human Resources Team, the HR Business Partner performs HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with management and employees to align business objectives in designated geographical locations. The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This position partners with the Director of Human Resources to develop, implement and maintain appropriate policies and processes, develop and conduct appropriate learning and development programs, and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. Additionally, the HR Business Partner is expected to live and demonstrate the Company&rsquo;s Culture while being a servant leader within the company and the communities we serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Partner with employees and management to develop, implement &amp; communicate policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations with guidance from Director.</li><li>
Manage recruitment process: interview, select and onboard new employees.</li><li>
Work with HR Generalist Supervisor and Director of HR to create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees and managers.</li><li>
Develop and facilitate New Hire Orientation, New Manager Training and other HR related trainings, keeping content fresh and up to date.</li><li>
Conduct analysis of assigned area data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, and collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies accordingly.</li><li>
Update and maintain employee records ensuring accurate system codes, and maintain employee files assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.</li><li>
Review and approval of offer letters for assigned areas.</li><li>
Partner with managers on employee relations issues and advise on corrective action up to and including termination.</li><li>
Oversee the Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace program including reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the company&rsquo;s policies and practices and federal and state regulations.</li><li>
Report, maintain and monitor Workers&rsquo; Compensation claims initiating Return to Work Program when appropriate and ensuring compliance and reporting with OSHA.</li><li>
Report, maintain, and monitor FMLA and other Leaves of Absence incorporating ADA and Short-Term Disability as appropriate.</li><li>
Maintain and process all Unemployment Notices and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner. Attend unemployment hearings when necessary.</li><li>
Participate in developing department goals and systems. Participate in required meetings and seminars.</li><li>
Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.</li><li>
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continuous improvement in efficiency of department and services performed.</li><li>
Maintain updated process documentation for all functional areas of responsibility.</li><li>
Develop and maintain HR standard operating procedures for all organization personnel.</li><li>
Partner with management in developing employee performance evaluations and performance improvement plans and monitor employee performance evaluations to ensure completion in a timely manner.</li><li>
Understand and communicate company benefit information to employees.</li><li>
Maintain local, state and federal compliance in carrying out job functions in accordance with company policy and culture.</li></ul>

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and Human Resources experience.</li><li>
Minimum of three years&rsquo; experience in a related Human Resources position.</li><li>
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.</li><li>
Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li></ul>

WORK ENVIRONMENT<ul><li>
The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing equipment in operation.</li><li>
May be required to travel to territory locations and attend out-of-town trainings and/or seminars.</li><li>
Work hours may vary from 6 am to 5:30 pm depending on schedules and the season; Monday through Friday; approx. 40-45 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.</li></ul>

What will you do as a Facility Construction Coordinator?
The Facility Construction Coordinator oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion focusing on projects like new buildings, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades within existing facilities. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction and renovation projects related to facilities infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Understand Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country operations to help develop optimal facility projects.</li><li>
Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Director of Facilities, Chief Operating Officer, architects, engineers, and contractors.</li><li>
Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.</li><li>
Perform site walkthroughs.</li><li>
Assist in long-range facilities planning and space utilization strategies</li><li>
Monitor site activity to ensure work is performed per design specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.</li><li>
Coordinate construction activities to minimize disruptions to ongoing facility operations.</li><li>
Work closely with facilities operations teams, IT, security, and other departments during construction.</li><li>
Manage punch lists and final acceptance of completed work.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.</li><li>
Prepare and present reports on project status, costs, and timelines.</li><li>
Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.</li><li>
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all parties.</li><li>
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.</li><li>
Ensure commissioning of building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, etc.).</li><li>
Coordinate turnover of project to facilities maintenance and operations staff.</li><li>
Collect and deliver as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, and maintenance schedules to local teams and Director of Facilities.</li></ul>

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or three to five years minimum related experience and/or training.</li><li>
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and regulations.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS<ul><li>
Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.</li><li>
Work involves walking, talking and hearing using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminals.</li></ul>

Some areas are slippery due to the production process.</li><li>
Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 25% and attend out-of-town training and/or seminars.</li><li>
Warehouse area has heavy forklift traffic.</li><li>
Typical hours of the position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.</li></ul>
