What will you do as a Sales Merchandiser?
As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Merchandiser maintains product availability and stocks and merchandises products at all designated accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.</li><li>
Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to CCBCHC standards.</li><li>
On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.</li><li>
Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.)</li><li>
Maintain and organize CCBCHC stock as needed.</li><li>
Ensure neat appearance of all CCBCHC equipment and product in assigned accounts.</li><li>
Maintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage.</li><li>
Maintain CCBCHC quality assurance standards at every account.</li><li>
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.</li><li>
Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.</li><li>
Foster relationship with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced.</li><li>
Perform required vehicle checks according to CCBCHC standards.</li><li>
Maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>
Maintain professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers.</li><li>
Conform with, abide by, and re-enforce all regulations, policies, work procedures, and processes.</li><li>
On-time follow through on commitments made to customers and co-workers.</li><li>
Accurately track and report mileage in accordance with CCBCHC standards and IRS regulations</li><li>

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>
1-3 years of general work experience preferred.</li><li>
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus</li><li>
Customer service experience preferred.</li></ul>

What will you do as a Quality Control Technician?
As part of the Operations Team, the Quality Control Technician is responsible for quality control functions including inventory control and auditing to assure company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. The QC Technician conducts product age studies as required by company&rsquo;s standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements.</li><li>
Understand mixing instructions and requirements.</li><li>
Inventory raw materials to prep for production.</li><li>
Evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies.</li><li>
Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates.</li><li>
Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.</li><li>
Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Conduct product testing as required by KORE.</li><li>
Oversight of calibration program.</li><li>
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes.</li><li>
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.</li></ul>
