Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and ERP entries. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in handling E-commerce accounting, especially with Amazon Seller accounts.Key Responsibilities:1. Ledger Management<ul><li>Maintain and update all ledger accounts accurately.</li><li>Ensure timely posting of transactions with proper documentation and compliance.</li></ul>2. Insurance Claims Management<ul><li>Enter and track insurance claims in the system.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for claim follow-ups and closures.</li></ul>3.Amazon Reconciliation &amp; E-commerce Accounting<ul><li>Maintain proper accountancy records for Amazon sales, invoices, settlements, and payments.</li><li>Reconcile Amazon reports (sales, returns, fees, TCS, etc.) with internal accounting data.</li><li>Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>4.ERP Operations<ul><li>Operate and update records in ERP softwares such as Busywin and Catpro.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and support in system-based process improvements.</li></ul>5.Quarterly QC Reconciliation (Amazon)<ul><li>Assist in preparing and closing QC reconciliation with Amazon on a quarterly basis.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and e-commerce teams for data accuracy.</li></ul>6.Excel Proficiency<ul><li>Use advanced Excel tools such as V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and other major formulas.</li><li>Prepare reports, MIS statements, and reconciliation sheets as required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.&middot; 2&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting (experience with E-Commerce accounting preferred).&middot; Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation.&middot; Proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP software (Busywin, Catpro, or similar).&middot; Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.&middot; Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.&middot; Experience in Amazon Seller Central / e-commerce marketplace accounting.Why Join Us?&middot; Growth-oriented role with learning opportunities.&middot; Exposure to e-commerce accounting and reconciliation.&middot; Supportive work environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
