With a strong customer base and growing digital presence, we are seeking a skilled Website &amp; Ads Manager to enhance our online platforms, drive traffic, and support overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:Website Management Manage, update, and optimize company websites (Shopify, WordPress).&middot; Ensure smooth user experience, fast loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.&middot; Implement SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.&middot; Should have knowledge of developing languages and designing software for functionality upgrades and improvements.Digital Advertising &amp; Campaigns&middot; Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.&middot; Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance with actionable insights.SEO &amp; Content Optimization Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings, maintain blogs and implement strategies to ensure smooth functionality in terms of UI/UXAnalytics &amp; Reporting&middot; Track performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio. Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.Graphics &amp; Creatives&middot; Design and edit basic creatives for ads and website use (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).&middot; Collaborate with creative/design teams for advanced requirements.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify &amp; WordPress.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).</li><li>Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).</li><li>Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
