About the RoleWe are looking for a Head of Marketing to own, build, and scale our entire marketing engine end-to-end. This role is not about managing one channel &mdash; it&rsquo;s about owning growth, brand perception, and revenue contribution across all platforms.You will work directly with the founder to turn vision into execution, structure chaos into systems, and scale what works aggressively.This is a hands-on leadership role &mdash; strategy + execution.Key Responsibilities1. Growth &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Own the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals</li><li>Define and execute growth plans across digital, social, influencer, performance, and partnerships</li><li>Identify new channels, test fast, double down on what converts</li></ul>2. Brand &amp; Positioning<ul><li>Own brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency</li><li>Ensure strong positioning across social media, website, ads, and campaigns</li><li>Build a premium, recognizable brand presence</li></ul>3. Performance Marketing<ul><li>Oversee paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates</li><li>Optimize funnels and landing pages</li></ul>4. Content &amp; Social<ul><li>Lead content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, email, and website</li><li>Manage creators, influencers, and collaborations</li><li>Ensure content is aligned with brand + growth goals</li></ul>5. Team &amp; Execution<ul><li>Build and manage a small but lethal marketing team (in-house + freelancers)</li><li>Work closely with designers, videographers, and copywriters</li><li>Create systems, SOPs, and dashboards</li></ul>6.
