Job Description 
Project Delivery Planning<ul><li>
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents,</li><li>
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis</li><li>
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.</li><li>
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.</li><li>
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.</li><li>
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involve parties throughout project life cycle.</li></ul>
Manage and control Project Execution<ul><li>
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.</li><li>
Track project milestones and deliverables.</li><li>
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.</li><li>
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.</li><li>
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.</li><li>
Build, develop and grow any business relationship vital to the success of the project.</li><li>
Report and escalate issues to management as needed</li><li>
Perform a risk assessment. Analyze current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company</li><li>
Lead and manage day-to-day project activities from initiation through deployment and transition to operation</li></ul>
To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained to evaluate where continual improvement can be made.<ul><li>
Maintain proper documentation of the project and keep them in a safe location</li><li>
By the end of the project, update a lessons learned document with all lessons learned from the project in order to be avoided in the future projects.</li><li>
Manage stakeholder throughout the project</li><li>
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholder in a timely and clear fashion.</li><li>
Maintain review meetings with all stakeholders to assure proper communication.</li><li>
Assure customer&rsquo;s expectations are met through proper communication.</li><li>
Maintain customer&rsquo;s satisfaction through proper customer relations management.</li></ul>
Manage Projects Resources<ul><li>
Determine and assess need for additional staff/ and or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle.</li><li>
Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.</li><li>
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.</li><li>
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
15+ years IT Experience, including 8+ years demonstrated experience in successful delivery of medium to large scale projects in a Project Manager role; experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions including responsibilities over project cost management.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field.</li><li>
PMP Certification.</li><li>
Excellent Communication Skill and Negotiation Skills</li><li>
Excellent Resource management Skills</li><li>
Knowledge of agile methodology is highly desirable.</li><li>
Ability to deal with different levels of stakeholders within the organization</li><li>
Results oriented and structured thinking</li><li>
Strong Knowledge of projects cost governance.</li><li>
High attention to details including effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, Vendors, clients across functions including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.</li></ul></div>

Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation</li><li>
Assist in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based systems</li><li>
Work with Docker to build and manage containerized applications</li><li>
Support Kubernetes environments and basic deployments</li><li>
Collaborate with developers and operations teams to improve system reliability</li><li>
Monitor applications and infrastructure and help resolve issues</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>

Hands-on experience with Linux environments</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts</li><li>
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)</li><li>
Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div>
