We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to help run the variety of projects under the Adobe practice of Enterprise Platforms discipline. The leader will manage and grow multiple teams working on the projects, own the delivery excellence and client success in the Adobe ecosystem including AEP, AEM, EDS, Workfront, Fusion etc.
This is a leadership role that blends strategic mindset, technology depth, project operational rigor and people leadership.
Our engineers are AI native and engage in and advance the state of the art in the practice of software development with AI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul><li>Establish delivery standards, governance models, and best practices</li>
<li>Build and grow strategic partnerships within the Adobe ecosystem in the company</li>
<li>Bring a strong sense of Engineering Excellence and high standards for all software being delivered and configured in your teams</li>
<li>Own end-to-end program delivery across complex, multi-region Adobe engagements</li>
<li>Ensure predictable, high-quality, on-time and on-budget execution</li>
<li>Establish scalable delivery models across global teams</li>
<li>Manage utilization, margins and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Be a part of technical solutioning for enterprise RFPs and strategic deals</li>
<li>Work with sales and client partners on deal strategy</li>
<li>Translate business problems into scalable Adobe-based architectures</li>
<li>Guide architecture reviews and ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade implementations</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with modern architecture patterns (API-first, composable, cloud-native)</li>
<li>Manage global teams of engineers</li>
<li>Own all aspects of performance management and compensation management of your teams</li>
<li>Hire, mentor, and grow developers and solution architects</li>
<li>Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, V0/Vercel to build AI enabled workflows, agents, skills, tools and automation for strong operational efficiencies, automation and intelligent tracking</li>
<li>Build innovative solutions and mindset in the team to use AI tools to the maximum to foster innovation in product development and engineering delivery</li>
</ul>WHAT YOU'LL NEED
<ul><li>Around 18 years of Technology experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Engineering Management role, leading teams of teams</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Fusion, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer</li>
<li>Strong Experience in managing global teams in India, US, LATAM</li>
<li>Experience managing other managers and multiple teams</li>
<li>Deep expertise in the Adobe product ecosystem, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Fusion, Analytics etc</li>
<li>Experienced in hands-on development and coding with different technology stacks, including Typescript, NextJS, Python, Java</li>
<li>Strong experience in Enterprise architecture, Digital transformation programs, Marketing technology implementations</li>
<li>Strong experience working with content, web and data management systems</li>
<li>Proven experience leading large global technology delivery programs</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in system design and architecture, including leading technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed architectural decisions</li>
<li>Experience working in modern engineering environments, embracing iterative delivery, continuous experimentation, rapid feedback loops, and outcome-driven execution</li>
<li>Experience with solutioning &amp; pre-sales engagements</li>
<li>Experience with executive stakeholder management</li>
<li>Strong commercial acumen and experience</li>
<li>Experience working with global enterprise clients across US/EU/APAC</li>
<li>Demonstrated past experience in directly managing teams of managers, engineers</li>

<li>Extensive hands-on experience using AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0 or equivalent platforms to accelerate software delivery, architecture design, debugging, code reviews, testing, documentation, and developer productivity</li>
<li>Experience developing agents, sub-agents, workflow orchestration and automation with agents</li>
<li>Proven ability to effectively integrate Agentic Engineering into day-to-day engineering workflows and establish best practices for AI-enhanced processes across teams</li>
<li>Experience evaluating, adopting, and driving emerging AI technologies and engineering practices within an organization</li>
<li>Ability to mentor engineers on AI-native development approaches and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation</li>

Director, Technology - Enterprise Platforms Delivery

<div><div>The Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) will play a vital role in the architecture design, configuration, testing and deployment of Adobe solutions, including Real Time CDP, Launch, Analytics, Target and Experience Manager, Experience Platform, Edge Delivery Services, Workfront, Fusion. You will work closely with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams and clients to build state-of-the-art solutions and implementations for our clients.
You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.
You will collaborate with some of the best talent globally to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul><li>Design and implement solutions to resolve Marketing or Care based challenges using the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions</li>
<li>Assessing/auditing existing client digital ecosystems and recommend optimizations based on communicated client objectives, proven past successes and industry best practices</li>
<li>Design relevant multi-channel/multi-tactic architecture diagrams/documentation to support the recommended approaches</li>
<li>Create 2 to 4-year digital marketing roadmap(s) necessary using a deep understanding of audience segments to drive personalization and targeting</li>
<li>Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and formulating project timelines</li>
<li>Code POCs, solutions, integrations and production deliveries in various client projects, using multiple technology stacks including Typescript, Nextjs, Python, Java</li>
<li>Extensively use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, V0 and Vercel during the code development process, and also build innovative agentic tools to automate and optimize Quality, processes and workflows.</li>
<li>Bring a strong sense of Engineering Excellence, Innovation to the business and teams, and all the software being developed and configured by the teams</li>
<li>Oversee the delivery of Best-in-Class multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions</li>
<li>Recommend management and governance policies using client constraints</li>
<li>Implement testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to specifications</li>
<li>Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measurements of success</li>
<li>Effectively engage internal and external technical, C-Suite and senior leadership resources throughout the engagement lifecycle</li>
<li>Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, etc</li>
<li>Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, V0/Vercel to build AI enabled workflows, agents, skills, tools and automation for strong operational efficiencies, automation and intelligent tracking</li>

</ul>WHAT YOU'LL NEED
<ul><li>8 to 10 years of engineering experience</li>
<li>Adobe Multi-Solution architect and other related certifications</li>
<li>Deep technical and architectural experience with multiple Adobe products including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless), Edge Delivery Services, AEP, RTCDP, Workfront, Fusion, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer</li>
<li>4+ years&rsquo; experience hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions</li>
<li>4+ years&rsquo; architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments</li>
<li>Strong experience in Enterprise architecture, Digital transformation programs, Marketing technology implementations</li>
<li>Experience with content management systems, including headless CMS systems like Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack</li>
<li>Strong experience in hands-on development in various technology stacks, including Typescript, NextJS, Python, Java</li>
<li>Strong experience working with data management systems</li>
<li>Experience producing project estimating, scope definition, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory environments</li>
<li>Hands on experience delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programing and server-to-server APIs</li>
<li>Strong client facing experience in solutioning, pitching, problem solving. Experience with clients in the US, EU is mandatory</li>
<li>Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.</li>
