Data Validation &amp; Testing<ul><li>Perform thorough data validation, data reconciliation, and data integrity checks across source systems, data warehouses, and Power BI datasets.</li><li>Validate Power BI reports, datasets, models, and dashboards end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li><li>Conduct ETL/ELT testing to verify transformations, aggregations, business rules, and data pipelines.</li><li>Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.</li><li>Compare source vs. target data using SQL queries, profiling, and automated checks.</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Automation<ul><li>Develop and maintain data validation frameworks and reusable testing templates.</li><li>Implement automated data-quality checks using SQL, Python, or relevant data validation tools.</li><li>Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data quality at every stage of the pipeline.</li><li>Validate schema changes, table structures, relationships, and Power BI data models.</li><li>Document defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution using QA tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)</li><li>Requirements</li><li>2+ years of experience in data validation or BI testing</li><li>Strong SQL skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power BI data models and DAX validation</li><li>Experience with ETL testing and data pipelines</li><li>Familiarity with any data validation tool (Great Expectations, Soda, etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical and documentation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote

We are currently seeking talented Power Platform Developer to join our high-performing team.Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.Role &amp; Responsibilities :Demonstrated expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.Develop new Power Apps (both Model-Driven and Canvas apps) and enhance existing applications.Build SharePoint Forms and custom apps leveraging SharePoint, Model-Driven apps, and Canvas apps.Create and manage Power Platform environments, configure permissions, and package/deploy solutions.Utilize advanced Power Apps formulas and apply best-practice development techniques.Hands-on experience developing Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, including integration with Power Apps.Provide ongoing Power Apps development, maintenance, and support.Migrate or recreate SharePoint Solutions and SharePoint Workflows into modern Power Platform solutions.Strong understanding of Power Automate / Flow licensing and the ability to automate complex business processes.Ability to design business process flows and create custom connectors for Power Automate.Experience with API and external service integrations; strong understanding of multi&ndash;data-source architectures.Stay current with Power Platform updates, best practices, and future roadmap announcements.Willingness to learn and adopt leading-edge Microsoft cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Azure, and related services.Technologies:Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Intune, Azure, PowerShellQualifications:BS or MS in Computer Science (or related field).Microsoft Power Platform Developer certifications are a strong plus.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
