As we scale our outbound sales efforts, we are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead our team and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach initiatives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation using Upwork, cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound platforms.</li><li>Revenue Generation: Take ownership of the outbound sales pipeline and generate consistent revenue for the company.</li><li>Strategy &amp; Execution: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored for software services, aligning with overall business goals.</li><li>Client Engagement: Pitch to prospects, handle objections, and close deals confidently.</li><li>Sales Tools &amp; CRM Usage: Utilize sales tools and CRMs effectively to manage leads, track performance, and report on sales metrics.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and continuously refine the outbound process to maximize results.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of outbound sales experience in a software house or IT services company.</li><li>Prior experience working as a Sales Manager with proven leadership and revenue generation success.</li><li>Strong background in software service sales, with hands-on expertise using platforms such as Upwork, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li><li>Proven track record of generating revenue through outbound sales strategies.</li><li>Mandatory experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and other modern sales tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fully remote, target-driven environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience scaling outbound sales operations.</li><li>Familiarity with both service-based and product-based software sales.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>100% remote position &ndash; work from anywhere</li><li>Competitive salary + Commission</li><li>Opportunity to lead and grow a core business function</li><li>Collaborative team environment and career growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
