Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI along with hands-on experience or exposure to Microsoft Fabric for modern data analytics and data engineering workflows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data analysis needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data transformations to support reporting solutions.</li><li>Build tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards.</li><li>Work with Microsoft Fabric components such as Data Factory, Dataflows, Lakehouse, and Warehouse for end-to-end analytics solutions.</li><li>Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance, scalability, and usability.</li><li>Apply analytical thinking to convert complex data into meaningful insights and visualizations.</li><li>Provide technical support, guidance, and training to end-users and junior BI developers.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modeling techniques.</li><li>Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts such as star and snowflake schemas.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI Service.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, or Warehouse) is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience using Report Builder and mentoring junior BI developers.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Microsoft certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Fabric certifications.</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
