About the Role:We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on BPO recruitment to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for call center and BPO roles, while also supporting operational HR functions such as employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition (Primary)<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment cycle for BPO/call center roles (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).</li><li>Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, university outreach, social media, and employee referrals.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.</li><li>Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.</li></ul>HR Operations (Secondary)<ul><li>Maintain employee data, HR records, and attendance/leave management.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.</li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with company standards.</li><li>Provide support in performance management and employee relations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, preferably in a BPO/call center environment.</li><li>Familiarity with HR operations, payroll support, and compliance practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
