Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.</li><li>Manage and maintain the company&rsquo;s website and social media presence across all digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).</li><li>Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).</li><li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to create engaging digital content.</li><li>Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.</li><li>Develop and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and organic traffic.</li><li>Stay up to date with new digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).</li><li>Good knowledge of social media advertising and content creation.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset and critical thinking.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing</li><li>Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
