Upwork Bidder (Remote)Job TypeRemote | 1 Month Paid Trial | Long Term OpportunityAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with a proven track record of securing projects in software development and AI related niches.The primary responsibility of this role is to identify relevant projects, submit high converting proposals, optimize Upwork profiles for increased visibility, improve invite rates, and contribute directly to project acquisition and business growth.This position will begin with a 1 month paid trial period to evaluate the candidate's expertise, bidding strategy, proposal quality, profile optimization skills, and overall performance. Candidates who successfully meet our expectations will be offered a permanent position with a fixed monthly salary plus performance based commission.Mandatory Requirements Proven Upwork ExperienceApplicants must provide verifiable proof of the Upwork profiles they have managed or are currently working on.If you are currently working as an Upwork Bidder, you must be able to demonstrate active involvement with the profile(s) and provide sufficient evidence of your work and results.Candidates who cannot verify their Upwork bidding experience will not be considered.Relevant Niche ExperienceThe candidate must have previous experience bidding on and securing projects within the following domains:<ul><li>Full Stack Development</li><li>Front End Development</li><li>Back End Development</li><li>Artificial Intelligence (AI)</li><li>Machine Learning</li><li>Data Science</li><li>AI Agents</li><li>Chatbot Development</li><li>SaaS and Custom Software Development</li></ul>We are specifically looking for candidates who understand these industries and have successfully worked on similar projects in the past.No Compromise on Technical UnderstandingCandidates must have a strong understanding of the above niches and be capable of analyzing project requirements before submitting proposals.Applications from generic bidders without relevant technical domain experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Search and identify high quality projects on Upwork.</li><li>Submit customized and high converting proposals.</li><li>Develop and implement effective bidding strategies.</li><li>Optimize Upwork profiles to improve visibility, profile views, and client invites.</li><li>Improve proposal response rates and interview conversion rates.</li><li>Track bidding performance and continuously improve results.</li><li>Identify opportunities with high closing potential.</li><li>Work towards consistent project acquisition and revenue generation.</li><li>Maintain reports of proposals, responses, interviews, and won projects.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder.</li><li>Demonstrated history of winning projects on Upwork.</li><li>Strong understanding of proposal writing and bidding strategies.</li><li>Ability to explain and showcase previous bidding methodologies and success metrics.</li><li>Experience optimizing Upwork profiles for increased visibility and invitations.</li><li>Excellent written English communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and research skills.</li><li>Self motivated and results driven mindset.</li></ul>Trial Period EvaluationThe selected candidate will undergo a 1 month paid trial period and will be evaluated based on:<ul><li>Quality of proposals submitted.</li><li>Proposal response rate.</li><li>Number of client interviews generated.</li><li>Profile optimization performance.</li><li>Increase in profile visibility and invite opportunities.</li><li>Quality of opportunities targeted.</li><li>Projects won and revenue generated.</li><li>Understanding of technical requirements and niche specific projects.</li><li>Consistency, professionalism, and overall performance.</li></ul>Pay: Rs30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you provide verifiable proof of the Upwork profiles you have managed or are currently managing?</li><li>Have you successfully won projects in Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Data Science, AI Agents, Chatbot Development, or SaaS niches?
