 Role Description
 
 
 
 CodeZone is seeking a
 
 Software Sales Representative
 
 for our
 
 Alexandria
 
 and
 
 Maadi&ndash;Giza
 
 branches. This on-site role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting CodeZone&rsquo;s software solutions, generating leads, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the software industry.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and follow-up communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact potential clients and schedule meetings to introduce CodeZone&rsquo;s solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain an updated customer database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand clients' basic business needs and recommend suitable software solutions under supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gain knowledge of CodeZone&rsquo;s software features and assist in preparing presentations and product demos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in preparing commercial offers and sales proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure consistent sales activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in team meetings and share updates on leads and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing activities and new leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record all client interactions, visits, and tasks in the company CRM/database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use social media platforms to promote company services and training programs when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make outbound phone calls to introduce services and generate leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team when necessary.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of experience in sales
 
 , preferably in software, IT solutions, or ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of ERP or software solutions is preferred (training will be provided).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work independently with guidance from the Sales Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work on-site at
 
 Maadi
 
 branch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
 </li>
