Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Talents Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team with a focus on new client acquisition, client relationship management, and team leadership. The role involves bringing in new business, maintaining existing clients, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate new clients and build strong business relationships.</li><li>Manage client communications, meetings, and service delivery.</li><li>Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve targets.</li><li>Handle team performance, training, and motivation.</li><li>Oversee branch operations and ensure service quality.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years in HR/Staffing/Recruitment (with client and team handling experience).</li><li>Experience in handling clients, team KPIs, and performance tracking.</li><li>Familiar with HR processes, daily reporting, and team discipline.</li><li>Proficient in task management tools and Excel MIS reporting, MS word, PPT.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven experience in business development &amp; client servicing.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives</li><li>Leadership role with career growth opportunities</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
