We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate ERPNext / Frappe Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ERPNext framework, strong Python development skills, and a drive to build efficient business solutions through customization and integration.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Customize, develop, and extend ERPNext and Frappe modules to meet unique business requirements.</li><li>Design and implement new DocTypes, custom scripts, reports, dashboards, and print formats.</li><li>Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with third-party applications.</li><li>Implement business logic using Frappe&rsquo;s backend (Python) and frontend (JS/HTML/CSS) tools.</li><li>Optimize system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues.</li><li>Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.</li><li>Deploy and manage ERPNext applications using Bench, Docker, and production environments.</li><li>Collaborate with QA and business teams to test and validate new features before deployment.</li><li>Monitor and maintain existing ERPNext instances, ensuring uptime and reliability.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and version release notes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe customization.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of Frappe framework architecture.</li><li>Hands-on experience with custom apps, hooks, APIs, and background jobs.</li><li>Solid understanding of ERP workflows, DocTypes, permissions, and user roles.</li><li>Working knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).</li><li>Experience using Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control and team collaboration.</li><li>Basic understanding of database design (MariaDB/MySQL) and query optimization.</li><li>Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient ERPNext features.</li><li>Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a Linux-based development and deployment environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Docker and containerized Frappe/ERPNext environments.</li><li>Proficiency with Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control and collaborative development.</li><li>Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and connecting ERPNext to third-party systems.</li><li>Understanding of background jobs, WebSockets, and real-time data handling in Frappe.</li><li>Familiarity with MariaDB/MySQL, database optimization, and query performance tuning.</li><li>Knowledge of bench commands, Frappe app deployment, and server management (Linux-based).</li><li>Experience working with Frappe hooks, custom scripts, and client/server event handling.</li><li>Understanding of Frappe&rsquo;s caching, queuing, and performance optimization techniques.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Nginx, Supervisor, Redis, and Celery configuration for Frappe setups.</li><li>Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., Accounting, HR, CRM, Projects, or Inventory).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>as ERPNext Developer: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
