You will be responsible for employee attendance, leave management, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, LinkedIn company branding, and assisting with performance monitoring.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a tech-focused environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain and update attendance, scheduling, and leave records</li><li>Support the hiring process (job posting, screening calls, scheduling interviews, onboarding)</li><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s LinkedIn presence for branding &amp; recruitment</li><li>Track employee daily performance and maintain HR documentation</li><li>Help foster a positive office culture through communication &amp; coordination</li><li>Organize and manage HR files, employee data, and relevant documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates with strong skills can apply)</li><li>Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR tools/software (plus point)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced software house environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary: Rs. 45,000 &ndash; 60,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Professional and collaborative team culture</li></ul>Location: Johar Town, Lahore &mdash; Growork BuildingJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
