To strengthen our operations, we are hiring an Operations &amp; Growth Lead who will manage cross-functional teams, oversee day-to-day execution, and ensure consistent operational performance across all departments.This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership, lead multiple functions, and drive structured growth while working closely with the management team.#Key Responsibilities1. Team &amp; Operations ManagementLead and coordinate all departments: Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Tech, and Inventory Coordination.Ensure daily task execution across the organisation.Conduct alignment meetings with teams and present progress updates to management.Maintain smooth communication and coordination across all functions.2. Hands-On ExecutionConvert management goals into actionable tasks and timelines.Monitor progress closely and ensure timely completion.Step in and execute tasks directly when required.Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement corrective steps.3. Process &amp; SOP DevelopmentBuild, document, and refine processes, workflows, and SOPs.Increase efficiency, accountability, and performance across teams.Implement systems to ensure standardisation and clarity.4. Inventory &amp; Production CoordinationTrack stock levels and operational material requirements (NFC cards, packaging, etc.).Notify management in advance when materials need replenishment.Ensure internal readiness before new inventory arrives.5. Growth SupportSupport marketing and sales initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking campaigns, and monitoring performance.Contribute to improving customer experience and service quality.Highlight opportunities for expansion, optimisation, and performance improvement.Introduce new products and focus on R&amp;D#RequiredExperience &amp; Skills2&ndash;4 years in operations, business management, or startup execution.Strong leadership and team-management abilities.Proven capability in hands-on execution and follow-through.Excellent communication, organisation, and multi-tasking skills.Ability to build structured processes in a fast-paced environment.#Nice to HaveExperience in D2C, consumer tech, hardware, or SaaS.Familiarity with project management tools.Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
