Job Description
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for delivering end-to-end user experience and interface design across multiple digital products. This includes user research, journey mapping, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development.
The designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, business SMEs, and data teams to ensure every interface is intuitive, visually consistent, and optimized for productivity within an industrial environment. 
Key Responsibilities
User Research &amp; Experience Strategy<ul><li>Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and contextual inquiries across field, engineering, and corporate user groups.</li><li>Develop user personas, journey maps, workflows, and use-case scenarios for digital products.</li><li>Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and user needs to inform design decisions and solution improvements.</li><li>Translate complex business processes into clear, simple, and meaningful user experiences.</li></ul>
Interface Design &amp; Prototyping<ul><li>Design intuitive, responsive, and modern interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.</li><li>Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and UI mockups aligned with product objectives.</li><li>Develop and evolve a consistent design system, including reusable components, typography, iconography, and color schemes.</li><li>Ensure visual consistency across all products and adherence to corporate design guidelines.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities
Program &amp; Project Delivery
o Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, from scoping and business case development to execution and benefits realization.
o Establish clear project charters, structured project plans, and KPIs to track outcomes, not just outputs.
o Apply Agile project management methodologies for effective scheduling, resource planning, and milestone delivery.
o Manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, data science, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders.
Digital &amp; Data Transformation
o Drive initiatives leveraging Azure (primary), with supplementary work in Google Cloud and SAP ecosystems.
