The CCC must be computer literate, a team player, detail-oriented, highly organized, possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, must be able to multi-task, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a remote full-time position, Monday &ndash; Friday 8:30 a.m. &ndash; 5 p.m. The CCC will be able to work remote on a rotating schedule.Primary responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Preparing and filing legal documents in all courts</li><li>Calendaring court dates and managing client deadlines.</li><li>Managing client files including, updating client information, notes, time, and expenses in Clio and Slack, our client management software.</li><li>Interacting with and obtaining information from clients, law enforcement agencies, court officials, prosecutors, witnesses, experts, and others.</li><li>Daily client communication.</li><li>Assist in trial preparation.</li><li>Provide a positive experience to ensure client satisfaction.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing materials, calendaring, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prepare legal pleadings and correspondence.</li><li>Experience with Clio and Slack a plus.</li><li>Must be responsible, reliable, and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Pay depending on experience</li><li>Health Insurance offered</li><li>Vision offered</li><li>Dental offered</li><li>Flexible paid time off</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Quarterly team building activities</li></ul>To learn more about our firm visit: www.coferandconnelly.comFor consideration, submit a resume and cover letter.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $47,840.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lubbock, TX 79401
