 Job Purpose
 
 
 The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
 
 
 Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
 
 
 Ensure proper use of warehouse space and optimize layout for efficiency.
 
 
 Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.
 
 
 Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
 
 
 Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
 
 
 Oversee documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping for all warehouse transactions.
 
 
 Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
 
 
 Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
 
 
 Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
 
 
 Proven experience in warehouse operations for 5-7 years, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in a supervisory role.
 
 
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 
 
 Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
 
 
 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
 
 
 Strong communication skills.
 
 
 Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
