 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Have autonomy to electronically process accounts payable transactions by way of 3- way matching for L'USA, Canada and/or our Manufacturing plants
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise, or the Canada platform
 </li>
 <li>
 Function as an AP Champion to ensure proper and consistent compliance with client-approved policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Influence and work collaboratively with buyers, vendors, and various business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage your customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Be empowered to think outside of the box and offer new and creative solutions and ways of working to improve our shared services environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Be involved in special projects that impact our shared services working environment and overall client business goals
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years accounts payable experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing and able to work overtime during peak demand periods and the monthly closing cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including but not limited to working knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables
 </li>
 <li>
 Consumer products background preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft preferred
 </li>
