POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge is an important part of our brand and has a dynamic role in their community as the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests. This position will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone walking through the doors and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience within the senior living community by addressing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Answer a multi-line telephone, directing calls and inquiries as needed.</li><li>
Greet all families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.</li><li>
Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.</li><li>
Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.</li><li>
Support management with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.</li><li>
Order office supplies.</li><li>
Address resident concerns or questions and escalate issues to management when necessary.</li><li>
Complete work order requests.</li></ul>
Requirements:

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>
Experience, Competencies, and Skills:<ul><li>
At least 6-12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting is required.</li><li>
Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>
Patience and willingness to assist our residents, visitors, and team members.</li><li>
Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li><li>
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>

Our Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) provide compassionate, direct care to our residents, assisting them with medication administration and activities of daily living, in accordance with their personalized medication and treatment plans. You will be part of a team that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Assist residents with the daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration, as outlined in their individual care plan.</li><li>
Follow documentation protocols and report any changes in resident status.</li><li>
Assist in managing medication inventory and proper storage conditions, and coordinate medication re-orders and deliveries with pharmacies as necessary.</li><li>
Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living to the residents in a team setting as needed.</li><li>
Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing continuous engagement and companionship.</li><li>
Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.</li><li>
Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.</li></ul>
Requirements:

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Must have a valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet the state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.</li><li>
Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.</li></ul>
Experience, Competencies, and Skills:<ul><li>
At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting.</li><li>
Experience with memory care and/or formal training is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.</li><li>
Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect.</li><li>
