 We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk / Reception &amp; Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, faculty, and visitors. In this key role, you will manage daily reception operations while providing essential administrative support across student records, transportation, and general office functions. You will play an integral part in coordinating school programs, events, meetings, and graduation and senior activities, while also overseeing office administration and supplies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the academic year, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, leadership, and external partners.

 Who We Are Looking For:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with prior experience in a school environment or administrative office, although strong customer service or general administrative experience will also be highly valued. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) and demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. You will be confident managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate records, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are key to succeeding in this role.
