 Job Overview
 
 
 
 We are looking for Receptionist to join the team from February 2026. The Receptionist will be the welcoming face of King&rsquo;s College Riyadh Sedra, creating warm first impressions and providing ongoing support to families and visitors. As a vital part of the Admissions and Parent Experience Team, the Receptionist will help manage a wide range of front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring an exceptional level of service from the very first interaction through enrolment and beyond.
 
 
 Initial working days will be Wednesday to Sunday. Hours will either be 09.00am-17.00pm or 15.00pm-23.00pm.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 Front of House Excellence:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and the school community, ensuring a warm welcome and prompt, professional service. Ensure all visitors are signed in as per protocol.
 </li>
 <li>
 Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing enquiries, and providing information with courtesy and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidently answer frequently asked questions with accurate information as the first point of contact for all parent, staff and visitor enquiries.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Admissions and Tour Coordination:

 Assist with scheduling and confirming school tours and open days, providing logistical support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective families.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the admissions process by helping with document collection, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth transition for new students.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the maintenance of CRM data accuracy, supporting informed decision-making within the admissions process.
 </li>

 Customer Experience and Engagement:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain an in-depth understanding of the school's calendar, events, and activities to effectively communicate and engage with the parent community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain open lines of communication to new &amp; prospective parents ensuring that their concerns and feedback are handled effectively and efficiently; liaising with other school personnel as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold organisational excellence at the front desk, ensuring efficient operation and an inviting atmosphere. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
 </li>

 Administrative Support

 Manage the absence mailbox by translating the information onto iSAMS (school management system), responding to emails from parents, disseminating the information to teachers, and recording absences accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administration support to other departments as requested by the line manager.
 </li>

 School Launch &amp; Parent Journey Design

 Lead the setup and execution of all parent-facing operations and communications for the successful launch of the school.

 Build a strong relationship with the Partner Community/ Developer and design, implement and launch communications, community events and promotions together with the support of Cognita Middle East&rsquo;s Marketing Centre of Excellence.

 Collaborate with Cognita&rsquo;s Central Admissions Relations Office to ensure a seamless enrolment journey from enquiry to enrolment, in alignment with Cognita&rsquo;s Admissions SLAs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the design and implementation of processes, procedures, and communication matrices (new joiner onboarding, withdrawal process, recruitment event calendar, re-registration communication calendar).
 </li>

 Organic Growth
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the Principal and Regional Head of Parent Experience with the analysis of admissions activities and reporting of KPIs, to develop strategies geared towards exceeding growth targets.

 Coordinate enrolment activities in the parent experience suite and externally, including coffee mornings, open houses, community events, assessment days and other events to maximize prospective parent engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with senior leadership to conduct student assessments and manage the admissions pipeline efficiently.

 Retention
 
 
 <ul>

 Engage in proactive relationship-building with families to support retention and community engagement. This includes monitoring social media groups and acting as a brand ambassador for the school via various digital and offline platforms.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, Heads of Section and teachers) to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall student and family experience.

 Crafting a seamless re-enrolment experience and coordinating with Academic teams on crucial transition events.

 Ensure accurate tracking and management of prospective student data using CRM and ISAMS systems. Ensure data quality and maintenance in CRM and MIS at all times.

 Educational Background
