To deliver such a curriculum we partner with schools in creating smart experiential learning labs with modern infrastructure, that includes state-of-the-art Science, Math, Engineering equipment, and technology like AI, Drones, Automation, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D Designing/Printing.About the role:STEM Educator will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations and activities of CognoSpace at the school, a physical modern educational space where high school students engage in hands-on science experiments, and technology-based learning using Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality tools. This individual will provide technical expertise, guidance, and assistance to students in delivering our curriculum, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. He /She will be responsible for facilitating curriculum execution, and be a liaison between the company and the school.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Curriculum Delivery: End-to-end content delivery and classroom management. Assist students in performing science experiments using CognoSpace STEM kits. Ability to use and deliver proprietary AR/VR content, AI topics, Technologies like Drones and IoT, 3D Printing</li><li>Managing Space: Be the support in coordinating the entire execution process through maintenance of premises, equipment, educational tools. Collaborate with school staff and management in ensuring smooth execution of the curriculum.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment to ensure safe and optimal functionality. Coordinate repairs or replacements with the product team as needed.</li><li>Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for students and promote responsible use of tools and equipment.</li><li>Resource Management: Manage and organize the inventory of tools, supplies, and materials in the lab. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and inventory levels.</li><li>Documentation and Evaluation: Maintain comprehensive record of lesson plan execution and outcomes using CognoSpace Mobile App or the web application.</li><li>School Engagement: Actively engage with student activities at schools such as parent days, sports days, science fairs, etc. to promote the CognoSpace brand by supporting stalls, workshops and the overall lab program.</li><li>Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of lab activities and the curriculum. Provide feedback to the CognoSpace product development team and propose improvements.</li><li>Training (Future proposition): Take on the role of a trainer to mentor and train new lab specialists, providing guidance on effective support techniques, technical knowledge, best practices and safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications Required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering</li><li>Prior teaching experience is a plus.</li><li>Experience working in a collaborative environment like laboratories/tinker-labs/STEM labs/Computer labs lab, laboratory, or science-related environment is a plus.</li><li>Freshers are encouraged if they come with an Engineering Background</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, parents, and school management.</li><li>Experience in Robotics labs, Makerspace will be a plus.</li><li>Leverage company mobile APP and digital content for end-to-end delivery and classroom management.</li><li>Assist students in performing activities using CognoSpace STEM kits, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality &amp; 3D Printing.</li><li>The Initial salary pay range will be from 3 LPA .</li></ul>Training:2-3 weeks of training will be offered upon joining and before deployment in schools.Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
