This role focuses on increasing adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of key systems across the organization through training, communication, and change management strategies.You will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to ensure employees are confident, सक्षम, and equipped to fully utilize technology solutions that support business success.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead adoption strategies for new and existing systems, including agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft tools</li><li>Identify adoption risks and resistance points; develop and implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Design and execute initiatives to improve user engagement and system utilization</li><li>Develop and deliver training materials, including guides, tutorials, and documentation aligned with organizational standards</li><li>Drive adoption and education around AI tools and resources (e.g., Copilot and other emerging technologies)</li><li>Champion process documentation updates and workflow optimization efforts</li><li>Monitor system utilization metrics and analytics to identify gaps and improve adoption and compliance</li><li>Partner with IT and support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the user experience</li><li>Promote best practices, consistency, and standardization across the organization</li><li>Support change management initiatives tied to system and process enhancements</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>3+ years of experience in user adoption, training, change management, or business analysis</li><li>Experience within the insurance industry preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Applied Epic, Epic Benefits Builder, and CSR24</li><li>Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft tools (especially Teams, Copilot, and Excel)</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive insights and decisions</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Change management and adoption strategy leadership</li><li>Project management and execution</li><li>Instructional design and training delivery</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li></ul>Benefits &amp; PerksAt Sequel Insurance, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
