Job Title: Telecaller &ndash; Lead Generation &amp; Appointment SettingLocation: Surya Nagar, Siliguri Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Services Experience: 0&ndash;2 Years (Freshers can apply)About Us:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team and help us expand our client base by generating leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.</li><li>Clearly explain our IT services and solutions to potential customers.</li><li>Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested clients.</li><li>Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate details of calls and outcomes.</li><li>Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages.</li><li>Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali and Nepali preferred).</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn.</li><li>Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales is a plus.</li><li>Graduation in any discipline.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + incentives for performance.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company.</li><li>Training and support to understand IT services and solutions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;6,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
