Experience in civil litigation or Creditors Rights is a plus. We practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Experience in any of those states is a plus.Description:<ul><li>Managing a high volume caseload</li><li>Attend regular court appearances</li><li>Issuance of subpoenas</li><li>Post judgment enforcement</li><li>Litigating cases</li><li>High volume settlements</li><li>Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Admitted attorney with at least two years of experience</li><li>Independent worker</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Must be able to manage a caseload from start to finish</li><li>Creditor's rights or collection experience is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>legal: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bronx, NY 10457 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Bronx, NY 10457: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
