<div></div><div>The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect&rsquo;s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people&rsquo;s lives. Previous experience is not required, if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train.</div>

<ul><li>Cheerful, Positive Attitude</li>
<li>Must have valid driver's license</li>
<li>Weekends required</li>
<li>Vehicle required</li>
<li>HS diploma or GED</li>
<li>Personal Smart Phone technology required</li>
<li>OneSite experience a plus</li>
