Position Overview: 
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed to practice in Colorado, to handle first-party insurance claims, focused on property damage claims. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges. Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>
Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.</li><li>
Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.</li><li>
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.</li><li>
Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be based in or near Denver, Colorado.</li><li>
Active member of the Colorado Bar.</li><li>
Proven experience with first-party law and required Property Damage experience.</li><li>
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check.</li><li>
Provide 3 professional references.</li></ul>
