<div>Job Summary:
The Project/Packaging Engineer leads engineering initiatives to improve organizational productivity and develops and tests packaging to ensure product protection. This role drives equipment standardization across the network and supports cost reduction, FTE efficiency, and increased throughput. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.</li><li>
Lead automation projects across the network</li><li>
Work with customers on effective packaging for their products</li><li>
Work with procurement to develop proper packaging specifications</li><li>
Identify equipment needs to deliver site-level cost and productivity goals</li><li>
Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.</li><li>
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, testing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.</li><li>
Improve efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.</li><li>
Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products, according to specifications and quality standards.</li><li>
Estimates production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions.</li><li>
Confers with management and other staff regarding capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.</li><li>
Provide engineering expertise by answering questions and requests.</li><li>
Maintain product and Company reputation by complying with governmental regulations.</li><li>
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and participating in groups/societies.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with others.</li><li>
Perform work onsite.</li><li>

Minimum Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university with an Engineering focus.</li><li>
7 &ndash; 10 years of Engineering experience in a manufacturing facility.</li></ul>

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.</li><li>
Must be able to understand blueprints and process specifications.</li><li>
Excellent communicator</li><li>
Knowledge of MS Project or other PMO software</li><li>

Job Summary
The Procurement Category Specialist is responsible for creating and executing procurement strategies for a defined group of materials in alignment with Cohere Beauty&rsquo;s production and business objectives. This role works closely with external suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure a timely, cost-effective, and dependable supply of materials that meet both production schedules and customer expectations. The Procurement Category Specialist plays a critical role in negotiating cost savings, ensuring supply continuity, and driving continuous improvement within their assigned categories. 
This is what you will do: 
<ul><li>
Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned product categories to support company production and financial goals.</li><li>
Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and customers that supply materials for production to help ensure open communication and continuity of supply.</li><li>
Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with established policies and procedures</li><li>
Deliver schedule attainment of 95% by proactively identifying supply chain issues, problem suppliers/materials, and communicating resolution effectively with cross-functional team members to align with S&amp;OP schedule lock.</li><li>
Achieve ongoing cost savings through supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives to meet annual savings goals for assigned categories.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels that meet production requirements and company inventory reduction goals.</li><li>
Track delivery of purchase orders and work with suppliers to resolve any issues</li><li>
Ensure satisfactory quality compliance of suppliers regarding contractually specified performance metrics and mitigate any issues with performance that may arise.</li><li>
Assist in sourcing items by preparing and conducting competitive RFQ&rsquo;s. Request regulatory documentation and samples as needed.</li><li>
Investigate, resolve, and approve discrepant invoices and receiving issues.</li><li>
Consistently monitor the market for pricing trends, future supply constraints, and gain overall category knowledge to keep leadership and peers informed on market conditions.</li><li>
Actively participate in corporate-level, functional, and team projects, delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement master data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Some travel is required for supplier visits and trade shows.</li><li>
This is a full-time, 100% on-site position.</li><li>
