POSITION SUMMARY</b></p>
<p>
The <b>Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)</b> is a clinically trained and licensed professional responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. The LMHC assesses, diagnoses, and treats clients dealing with a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. This role includes developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients&rsquo; mental and emotional well-being.</p>

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.</li><li>

Complete and submit billing documentation in accordance with payer requirements (private insurance, Medicaid, etc.).</li></ul>
