 Key Responsibilities:

 Product Strategy &amp; Vision:
 
 Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the crypto exchange, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities, user needs, and pain points. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the Web3, Crypto, and broader financial services space.

 Product Development &amp; Execution:
 
 Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and post-launch optimization. Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance, user impact, and technical feasibility, managing the product backlog effectively. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Employ agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

 User Experience (UX) &amp; Growth:
 
 Champion a user-centric approach, focusing on creating intuitive, engaging, and secure trading experiences for a diverse user base (retail, VIP, institutional). Optimize user conversion rates and engagement by refining core user pathways, onboarding processes, and trading interfaces. Leverage data-driven insights from user analytics, A/B testing, and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Work with growth and marketing teams to devise targeted campaigns and strategies for product adoption and user acquisition.

 Market &amp; Industry Insight:
 
 Maintain a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins), smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized applications (dApps). Monitor regulatory developments and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency industry, ensuring product adherence to relevant standards. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
 </li>

 Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication:
 
 Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business functions. Represent the product domain in external communications, as needed.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or financial trading industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading mechanisms (spot, margin, futures, perpetuals), and market-making principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., SQL) is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, results-driven, and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
 </li>

 Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
 </li>

 Futures BD Manager
 
 to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the growth of our exchange through strategic partnerships and ensuring the seamless execution of commercial agreements. You will be instrumental in expanding our digital asset offerings and forging key relationships within the crypto ecosystem, with a strong focus on the legal and contractual aspects of these partnerships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for developing contract agents, KOLs with orders, quantitative teams, and community leaders in the global markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore high-quality and quantity-based resources, promote cooperation through commission incentives, competition activities, commission system, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Connect and maintain partner relationships, follow up on transaction data and incentive distribution, improve contract activity level and trading volume.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in formulating BD incentive strategies (commission ratio, grading system, settlement cycle, etc.) and optimize the volume structure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote user growth and transaction conversion through platform activities such as trading competitions, contract weekly rankings, and live trading.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track industry competing product BD strategy, regularly output market survey and cooperation Data Analysis report.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:

 At least 1 year of experience in Web3 exchanges, contract projects, agency systems, or KOL expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a deep understanding of contract product mechanisms, rebate systems, and trading user portraits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Priority will be given to those who have rich community, KOL, and quantitative team resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Results-oriented, strong execution ability, with excellent business negotiation and data analysis skills.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Have experience in BD on platforms such as Binance, Bybit, Bitget, CoinW, Aster, etc.
