Job Description &ndash; Associate ArchitectLocation: BangaloreJob briefWe need a proficient Associate Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for workspace planning and designing while keeping in mind the needs of the project.Responsibilities<ul><li>Independently create full design concepts for projects based on Principal&rsquo;s design vision</li><li>General research and all sourcing</li><li>Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations.</li><li>Organize and manage samples library</li><li>Research new products and materials</li><li>Type up and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, etc.</li><li>Maintain organized client &amp; project information</li><li>Read architectural plans and produce scaled sketches, drawings and room layouts.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must possess pertinent degrees in Architecture / Interior Design</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience</li><li>Previous experience in Corporate Interiors is strongly preferred</li><li>Must have excellent people skills</li><li>Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project</li><li>Must be able to complete technical drawings</li><li>A strong communicator is a necessity</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and technologies</li><li>Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Must be a strong team player</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;150,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
