Coke Florida is searching for a Procurement Contracts Manager to work out of our Tampa HQ office. Working Monday - Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM.
 
What you will do: 
The Procurement Contract Manager is responsible for negotiating and drafting direct and indirect supplier contracts for the Company. The role requires deep contract knowledge and negotiating experience. The Contract Manager will need to work across different functional areas to understand the business requirements and mitigate risk to the business. This role will also demand the ability to work in a high pace entrepreneur environment.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, to secure and document the procurement of goods and services for the Coke Florida business, aligning to Coke Florida defined standards for such contracts.</li>
<li>Identify terms and conditions options to achieve desired contract goals.</li>
<li>Define negotiating strategies to resolve contract negotiation roadblocks while managing risk.</li>
<li>Weigh business needs and risks.</li>
<li>Liaise with in-house legal counsel, enterprise risk management and other key internal stakeholders in accordance with defined process.</li>
<li>Effectively manage pipeline of work including tracking status of reviews, providing proactive updates to stakeholders, timely follow up internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Administer, develop and update (working with Legal and other key internal stakeholders), standard supplier contract templates, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, and other forms of supplier agreements.</li>
</ul>
For this role you will need: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts as a paralegal or attorney/JD.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing and/or procurement.</li>
<li>Team player, self-motivated, desire to learn and take on new challenges.</li>
<li>Ability to build internal/external strategic relationships.</li>
<li>Proven ability to interpret complex contract provisions and assess business risk.</li>
<li>Achievement oriented (timeline driven, detail-oriented, strong planning and negotiation skills).</li>
<li>Extremely responsive and stakeholder focused, appropriate follow-up and follow-through.</li>
<li>Strong Conceptual and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work and coordinate across teams.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with contract management systems (experience working in DocuSign is a plus).</li>

Coke Florida is looking for a Demand Planner based out of our Tampa Headquarters location. We’re currently looking for 8:30AM to 5:00PM, working Monday through Friday.
 
What You Will Do: 
The Demand Planner will support all processes relating generation, assessment of the Demand Forecast that drives our supply chain process, resource allocation decisions and service our customer and consumer needs.
 
As a key team member within the Planning team, the Demand Planner will need to operate and embrace the team’s principles of:
 
<ul>
<li>Create “one” consensus forecast, an agreed upon single source of truth to which all are accountable enabled through cross functional team input, technology and business insights</li>
<li>Manage integrated business processes of planning to effectively deliver desired customer value propositions</li>
<li>Enable execution of segmented customer & consumer service models with effective program design</li>
<li>Allocate resources to optimize Coke Florida's business outcomes, while managing trade-offs and investment decisions</li>
<li>PGM & Planning to support Coke Florida in making its next best decision with end to end thinking to deliver disciplined & sustained profitable growth</li>
</ul>
Roles and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Support and provide feedback for development of the statistical demand forecast process based on defined framework. Apply promotional and lifecycle planning modules to create a Coke Florida statistical forecast with a rolling 26-week time horizon</li>
<li>Evaluate the results of the statistical forecast at customer, location, package, material level against mid-term derived customer forecast from customer account management team. Understand the variances and make the necessary adjustment to reflect the most appropriate demand forecast results</li>
<li>Assist with the Sales & Operations execution process that drives Coke Florida's consensus forecast with key stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, Planning teams, etc.)</li>
<li>Proactive forecast quality assessment using trend analysis, forecast vs actual results and data input of volume by utilizing customer promotional calendars, history and current information</li>
<li>Collaborate with other planners (lifecycle, bottler to bottler, deployment, production, transportation) as needed to enable an integrated planning activities and process</li>
<li>Support the management of material introduction and deletion for forecast needs including re-alignment requirements of sales history</li>
<li>Support all related integrated planning requirements and or other assigned projects</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and business process improvement</li>
<li>Strong self-motivation to improve capabilities of self and others through various means of learning methods</li>
<li>Able to navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream implications</li>
<li>Strong business acumen</li>
<li>Proven cross functional team collaboration at all levels</li>
</ul>
For this role, you will need: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management or Engineering</li>
<li>3 plus years' experience in area of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations</li>
<li>Strong forecast, supply planning experience</li>
<li>Project management experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with MS Office Suite</li>
