Someone who can hold down the fort, make good decisions when we&rsquo;re not on site, and help maintain the atmosphere we&rsquo;ve worked hard to build.Some moments are busy: You might be answering a call, flipping laundry, and checking on a sandwich in the oven &mdash; all at once.Other moments are quiet: You might be sitting with a book, resetting the space, or chatting with a member who just wants to feel seen.If you love that kind of rhythm, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.What You&rsquo;ll Do (Responsibilities)Studio Operations<ul><li>Open and close the studio as a key holder</li><li>Keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming</li><li>Manage laundry, restocking, and general upkeep</li><li>Follow food‑handling and sanitation procedures</li></ul>Member Experience<ul><li>Greet members with warmth and genuine care</li><li>Build relationships and help maintain our community‑driven atmosphere</li><li>Answer questions about services, memberships, and wellness offerings</li><li>Support members through their sauna, plunge, and recovery routines</li></ul>Sales &amp; Service<ul><li>Sell memberships and class packages</li><li>Handle point‑of‑sale transactions</li><li>Prepare simple food and beverage items (smoothies, sandwiches, coffee)</li><li>Assist with product knowledge and recommendations</li></ul>Communication &amp; Problem‑Solving<ul><li>Make fair, thoughtful decisions when the owner isn&rsquo;t present</li><li>Handle unexpected situations with calm and good judgment</li><li>Communicate clearly with the owner about needs, issues, or member feedback</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable being the responsible one</li><li>Compassionate and people‑oriented &mdash; you enjoy making others feel welcome</li><li>Able to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed</li><li>Comfortable handling food and keeping a clean workspace</li><li>Interested in health, wellness, and learning about recovery practices</li><li>Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the member experience</li></ul>Pay: From $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
