Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist to develop data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and power intelligent decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling, combined with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis &amp; Modeling<ul><li>Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.</li><li>Apply advanced statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate findings.</li><li>Conduct feature engineering and data transformation to improve model accuracy.</li></ul>2. Data Pipeline &amp; Engineering<ul><li>Work closely with Data Engineers to design efficient ETL pipelines.</li><li>Handle structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, data lakes, etc.).</li><li>Ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability across platforms.</li></ul>3. Visualization &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly Dash.</li><li>Present insights to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, data-driven narrative.</li><li>Automate reporting processes to enable continuous insight generation.</li></ul>4. Collaboration &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams &mdash; AI, Engineering, Product, Marketing &mdash; to identify data science opportunities.</li><li>Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer experience, operations, and decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate on A/B testing and experimental design for business optimization.</li></ul>5. Research &amp; Continuous Learning<ul><li>Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, Data Science, and MLOps.</li><li>Experiment with cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks.</li><li>Contribute to innovation projects, patents, or publications.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsTechnical Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).</li><li>Advanced knowledge of SQL and data querying tools.</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Seaborn, Plotly).</li><li>Strong understanding of machine learning, statistics, and probability.</li><li>Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow) is a plus.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, MCA, RBI, and other applicable regulatory authorities.2. Minutes and Records: Maintain and update minutes, statutory registers, and records.3. Filings and Submissions: Handle various compliances and filings with regulatory authorities.4. Regulatory Updates: Monitor and implement changes in regulatory or statutory guidelines.5. Corporate Events: Assist management and senior officers in handling corporate events.6. Legal Matters: Assist senior officers in handling various legal matters.7. Document Drafting: Draft and vet agreements and legal documents.8. Coordination: Liaise with RTA, depositories, stock exchanges, law firms, and other stakeholders.Detailed Responsibilities:- Maintenance and updating Sof minutes, statutory registers, and records.- Various compliances and filings pursuant to SEBI regulations, MCA, RBI, and other applicable regulatory authorities.- Ensuring applicability of any changes in regulatory or statutory guidelines.- Providing assistance to management and senior officers in handling corporate events.- Providing assistance to senior officers in handling various legal matters.- Drafting and vetting of various agreements and legal documents.- Coordination with RTA, depositories, officials of stock exchanges, law firms, etc.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
