We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our established luxury salon and medical spa. This role is essential in creating a seamless and elevated experience for our clients while supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced, high-performing team.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a busy environment. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and managing customer feedback. This role is responsible for many important tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating between clients and providers, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a polished and welcoming atmosphere.This position is best suited for someone who is friendly, career-driven, eager to grow within a company, and looking for a long-term opportunity. Open to working some evenings and Saturdays is required.
