</b></h2></div><div><p>Project Contracts Manager will serve as the central contract manager throughout the project lifecycle by negotiating, finalizing, and administering agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; reviewing terms to ensure alignment with project goals and legal requirements; monitoring compliance and maintaining accurate records and correspondence; collaborating with project teams to clarify obligations and communicate contract status; identifying and mitigating contractual risks and proactively managing change orders, claims, and disputes (including facilitating negotiations, mediation, or liaising with legal counsel as needed); and preparing and presenting performance and compliance reports to stakeholders to minimize disruptions and ensure successful contract execution.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Main Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>
Review and assess contract terms for alignment with project goals.</li><li>
Oversee administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of contract documents and correspondence.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure a clear understanding of contractual obligations.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for contractual issues and questions.</li><li>
Identify potential risks related to contracts and develop strategies to address them.</li><li>
Proactively manage change orders and claims to minimize project disruptions.</li><li>
Prepare and present reports on contract performance and compliance to stakeholders.</li><li>
Keep all relevant parties informed of contract status and updates.</li><li>
Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>
Liaise with legal counsel on contractual matters as needed.</li><li>
Address and resolve any disputes or issues related to contract performance.</li><li>

Qualifications/Experience required</b></h2></div><p></p><div><div><div><p><br>
Education:</p><p><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering from recognized university</p></div><div><p><br>
Experience:</p><div><p><br>
10+ years of experience among which at least 3 years in Contract Management</p><p>
Experience in infrastructure or industrial projects</p><p>
Experience in managing projects in Consortium or Joint ventures</p><p>
Good linguistic skills</p><p>
Good negotiation skills</p><p>
Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities</p><p>
Attention to details</p><p>

</b></h2></div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Results-driven Planning &amp; Testing Engineer responsible for developing, updating, and coordinating System Test schedules in alignment with subsystem sequencing and overall project timelines. Manages daily and weekly testing programs, establishes System Testing &amp; Commissioning reference configurations, monitors testing anomalies, and compiles documentation for the Taking Over Certificate. Actively contributes to the preparation and control of Construction, Working, Recovery, and Short-Term Look Ahead Programs using Primavera P6, while supporting progress monitoring across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Ensures timely reporting of critical issues, prepares performance reports and KPIs, and supports project management through accurate scheduling, data analysis, and structured reporting frameworks.</p></div></div></div></div><div></div><div><div><div><div><div><br>

Draw up and update the System Test schedule, considering the constraints of the Subsystems sequencing and needs.</li><li>
Draw up the daily and weekly test schedule, considering the project test schedule (rail and Gantt).</li><li>
Establish the System Testing &amp; Commissioning reference configuration.</li><li>
Monitor the status of testing anomalies.</li><li>
Collect all the test data needed to draw up the Taking Over Certificate file.</li><li>
Participate in the preparation of Construction Program, Working Program, Recovery Program, Short Term Look ahead Program as and when required using Primavera P6 software.</li><li>
Participate in the preparation of various reporting formats setting the project reporting criteria.</li><li>
Participate in monitoring and controlling the progress of key activities included under engineering, procurement, construction, phases; collection of data and updating of Projects Schedules (Baseline, Construction, Short Term Look ahead Program) using Primavera P6 Software.</li><li>
Awareness of all the critical issues, which affects the progress of the work and reporting of these in a timely manner to Project Management.</li><li>
Participate in the coordination and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and preparation of Key Performance Indicators for all main trades / activities and cost centers as required.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications/Experience required</b></h2></div><div><ul><li><div><div><p>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering.</p><p>

+2 years&rsquo; experience in the Planning Department within Rail/Construction, or similar field.</p><p>
Must be innovative, detail-oriented, experienced in highly visible/controversial projects</p><p>
Capable of managing multiple high-priority assignments</p><p>
Very good interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships with staff, officials and stakeholders and to resolve complaints</p><p>
Very good analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations</p><p>
Reading comprehension to understand technical and legal materials.</p><p>
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously</p><p>
Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management</p><p>
Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines</p><p>
Effective written and verbal communication skills</p><p>
