Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, services, and brands across various online platforms. 2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. 3. Create and curate engaging content for website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential clients. 4. Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings for relevant keywords and locations. 5. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. 7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives. 8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to maximize resources and achieve marketing objectives within budget. 9. Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies, including email marketing automation and CRM integration, to convert leads into clients. 10.
