The sales lead will support the implementation of the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan while maintaining a healthy team culture and store environment.</p>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Part-Time Position</li>
<li>Related field experience preferred</li>
<li>Candidates must be at least 16 years of age</li>
<li>Must have the availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs</li>
<li>Must have an independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability</li>
<li>Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks, including receiving shipment and maintain store cleanliness; will participate in those tasks when additional support is needed</li>
<li>Able to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Knowledge in coaching and training</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to support a team-oriented environment</li>
<li>Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English</li>
<li>Computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
</li><li>Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds occasionally</li>
<li>Holds store keys and regularly participates in store opening and closing functions</li>
</ul>

Req Benefits: Holiday pay, sick pay up to 80 hours in a plan year and employee discount.

Compensation: Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location. Pay Range $17.00 - $19.00</div>
