<div>Cole Papers, a well-established and long-standing family-owned company with over a century of history, is looking for a Parts Assistant.
Here is how a Parts Assistant contributes to our team:
Responsibilities/Job Description<ul><li>
Monday Friday generally 8am 5pm.</li><li>
Normally, no Saturday, occasionally some OT on weekdays.</li><li>
First line of communication with regards to taking calls for customer parts quotes/orders, helping branch CSRs with parts questions, and service pickup calls/emails from Cole reps and customers.</li><li>
File warranty claims for appropriate vendor.</li><li>
Receive parts and equipment orders into inventory and pick customer orders, branch transfers, and branch service technician transfers using scan gun.</li><li>
Point of contact for demo equipment management (outgoing an inbound).</li><li>
Occasionally cycle count inventory in service department.</li><li>
Demonstrate safety practices regarding forklift operation and parts safety.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Excellent customer service and communication skills and ability to work in a team.</li><li>
Friendly, helpful and service oriented.</li><li>
Has a good memory, makes few mistakes and is accurate with orders/parts numbers etc.</li><li>
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li><li>
Knowledgeable in basic computer word processing, spreadsheet, and Email management.</li><li>
Strong understanding of mechanical schematics.</li><li>
Valid U.S. Drivers License.</li></ul>
Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required.

Offered compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr
