We are seeking a dependable Case Manager to support the 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Stark County, Ohio. Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping others while maintaining a positive work attitude and having exceptional communication skills. Monday - Friday, Day Shift.

Duties include:
<ul><li>
Providing short-term case management to adults admitted to the Crisis Stabilization Unit</li><li>
Safety planning and increasing healthy coping skills</li><li>
Developing Treatment Plans</li><li>
Assisting with accessing supports, resources, and outpatient services that will help stabilize the crisis and keep them safe upon discharge to the community</li></ul>

Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years related experience (includes internships and volunteer experience); have and maintain an excellent driving record; and familiar with trauma informed care, community resources, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and case management approaches.
