 We are looking for a
 
 Digital Marketing and Growth Senior Manager
 
 who will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels through data-driven marketing strategies and growth-focused initiatives. This role will actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns; the development of growth models and conversion strategies; and the continuous improvement of digital touchpoints to enhance user experience and brand visibility. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Data, and Design to strengthen ColendiBank&rsquo;s digital presence, ensure measurable business impact, and develop innovative approaches that accelerate sustainable growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

 Ensure brand consistency of creative and communication assets throughout all marketing channels.

 Lead the planning and implementation of growth initiatives across various digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
 </li>

 Plan and execute surveys to inform the brand development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer journey, and maximize ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategies to optimize digital marketing campaigns performance, including budget allocation, targeting, and content/creative optimization. Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer experience, and sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

 Oversee the creation of compelling content and creative assets to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and growth, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid experience in digital channels, data analytics, and customer journey optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other marketing analytics tools. The ability to analyze campaign data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven decisions.

 We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Istanbul. This role will report to the Business Analyst Lead, and will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital banking products and core banking processes, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer-centric delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with relevant business units to analyze their needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements for processes and systems related to products such as credit, payments, accounts, and digital channels.

 <li>
 Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, execute, and manage test cases; support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure timely issue resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency, compliance, or customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies detailed business requirements and process models to ensure the viability of technical designs and fulfillment of business and technical needs and constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a key bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
 </li>

 Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure business value and continued alignment with strategic objectives.

 Monitor and support new releases, including e-mail communication, to respond to feedback, resolve issues and approve software rollout.

 What We're Looking For

 Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis in the banking sector.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

 Experience in one or more of the following areas: Retail Banking, Commercial Loans, Loan Processes, Digital Channels (Mobile Banking), Accounting, Corebanking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC, and software development practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io), and SQL is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
